Delivery

Delivery of purchased goods is carried out through the largest postal company in Ukraine - "Ukrposhta" (https://www.ukrposhta.ua). All our shipments have tracking numbers to track the movement of the parcel.

The basic delivery period is 10-30 days and depends on the distance from Ukraine. Delivery times may be longer, this may depend on holidays and delays associated with customs inspection.

We prepare the order and ship it within 3-7 days.

If you are interested in faster delivery of goods, please let us know. We can send other postal companies such as FedEx, but in this case the delivery price will be significantly increased and you will need to pay extra.

If you have purchased goods from UA Patch and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund refund if requested within 7 days of the arrival items date.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized (name patch and etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
